The Back Office HTX was born from a lifelong passion for creativity, business, problem-solving, and, most importantly, helping others succeed.
As both a professionally trained performing artist and an experienced business operations and ERP systems specialist, I've spent much of my life navigating two worlds that may seem different but have more in common than people realize: the world of creativity and the world of business.
My background in music and the performing arts taught me the importance of imagination, expression, collaboration, and bringing a vision to life. My professional career in accounting, enterprise technology, business systems, and operations taught me how to build the structure, processes, and infrastructure that allow those visions to succeed.
And somewhere along the way, I realized that what I love most is bringing it all together.
There's something incredibly fulfilling about helping someone take an idea and turn it into something real. I love solving problems, organizing the moving pieces, building systems that work, and watching people and businesses grow into their full potential.
Throughout my career, I've seen incredibly talented entrepreneurs, artists, and business leaders with brilliant ideas struggle because they didn't have the right operational support behind them. They had the vision, talent, and ambition, but needed someone who could help connect the dots and build the foundation to make it sustainable.
That's why I created The Back Office HTX.
I wanted to build more than a traditional business support company. I envisioned a trusted, behind-the-scenes partner that understands the creative process, the entrepreneurial journey, and the operational complexities of running and growing a successful business.

With over 15 years of experience in business operations, accounting, systems implementation, and consulting, Mai Rose brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and creative perspective to The Back Office HTX.
Her professional background spans real estate, property management, corporate accounting, business systems administration, process improvement, and operational consulting. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate complex systems, streamline workflows, improve financial operations, and develop practical solutions that support business growth.
But her story extends beyond spreadsheets, systems, and strategy.
As a professionally trained vocalist and performing artist, Mai also understands the creative side of building something meaningful. Her experiences in both the corporate and creative worlds inspired a business designed to bridge the gap between big ideas and the behind-the-scenes support needed to bring them to life.
